A block of 60 rooms at a special rate (KRW 99,000 per night) has been reserved at the Siheung Campus Guest House, right next to the workshop venue. To reserve a room at the Guest House, please fill out the reservation form and send it directly to snushc(at)daum.net. All rooms can accommodate two guests. It is not mandatory to share a room, but we recommend reserving for two persons due to the limited number of rooms available. If you need assistance finding a roommate, please reserve your room first and then email us at jkang(at)kasi.re.kr with your gender information. We encourage you to reserve a room as soon as possible, as the hotel will accept reservations for additional rooms as long as they are available at the time of booking.
Other than the Guest House, there are a couple of relatively nearby hotels (30 minutes walking distance):
Participants can check-in at the reception desk of the guest house until 10 pm. If you arrive after 10 pm, please use self check-in. Please refer to the Korean or the English guide for the check-in process.
